1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and WC777 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). WC777 operates an online sports betting and casino platform accessible at wc777.plus and through the official WC777 Android application.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the WC777 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. 3. Account Management and Security

3.1 Account Responsibility

Your WC777 account is for your personal use only. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account login, including bets placed, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed. Do not share your account credentials — username, password, or any one-time verification codes — with any other person.

3.2 Password Security

You are required to keep your password secure and confidential. WC777 recommends using a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately and change your password. WC777 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

If your contact details, payment method details, or other account information changes, you are responsible for updating your account profile. WC777 cannot be held responsible for failed transactions or missed communications caused by outdated information in your account.

3.5 Dormant Accounts

An account that has not been logged into for a continuous period of twelve months may be classified as dormant. WC777 may apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts in line with the published fee schedule. Players will be notified before any fee is applied where contact information is available and valid.

4. Deposits

WC777 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant transfers, bank transfer (IBFT), debit cards, credit cards, and supported mobile wallets. The availability of individual payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

• Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer to reflect depending on interbank processing times.
• WC777 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The name on your payment method must match the name registered on your WC777 account. Deposits from unverified or mismatched sources may be returned or held pending investigation.
• WC777 does not charge a deposit fee. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside WC777's control.
• If a deposit does not reflect in your account within the expected timeframe, contact WC777 support with your transaction reference number for investigation.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals at WC777 are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure to ensure funds are returned to their originating source.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are displayed on the Withdrawal page.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed same-day for fully verified accounts, usually within a few hours during business hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on standard IBFT processing.
• Account KYC verification must be completed before higher-value withdrawals are processed. WC777 may request additional documentation for large or unusual withdrawal requests.
• Active bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal of funds that originated from a bonus credit. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements may result in bonus cancellation.
• WC777 reserves the right to carry out security checks on withdrawal requests. This is to protect players and the platform. Security checks may extend processing time in some cases.

6. Sports Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on WC777 are final once confirmed. A bet is confirmed when the platform displays a confirmation message and a bet reference number. WC777 will not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets unless there has been a clear platform error.

6.2 Odds and Markets

The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that will apply to your bet. WC777 may suspend or close markets at any time at its discretion.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required play time for settlement purposes.
• An obvious pricing error or technical error was present at the time the bet was placed.
• The bet was placed after an event's result was already known (late bet).
• WC777 identifies evidence of match manipulation, corruption, or irregular activity related to the event.

Void bets are returned to the player's account balance in full at the original stake amount.

6.4 Cricket and PSL Specific Rules

For cricket markets, including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals, and Test matches, the following specific rules apply: a minimum number of overs must be completed for in-play bets to stand in rain-affected matches. Specific over thresholds vary by market type and are detailed in the individual market rules accessible from the Bet section. In the event of a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) revised target, bets are settled according to the published cricket settlement rules applicable at the time of the event.

6.5 Maximum Winnings

WC777 applies maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day. These limits are displayed in the platform's betting rules section. Bets that result in winnings exceeding the applicable limit will be paid up to the maximum limit only.

7. Casino and Game Rules

The WC777 Casino section includes live casino tables, slots, crash games, and other instant win titles provided by third-party game suppliers. The following rules apply across all casino products:

• All casino games operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for non-live games, and on verified live dealer feeds for live casino tables. Game outcomes are determined by these systems and are not influenced by WC777 or the player beyond normal gameplay.
• Each game has individual rules and paytable information accessible within the game interface. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand individual game rules before playing.
• In the event of a game disconnection or technical error during a round, the round will be settled based on the system's recorded game state at the time of the error. Where a round cannot be determined, stakes are returned to the player's account.

8. Bonuses and Promotions

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements. This means you must wager the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) a defined number of times before the bonus — or any winnings derived from it — can be withdrawn. 8.2 Bonus Validity

WC777 cooperates with relevant authorities in cases of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity. Funds associated with suspected fraudulent activity may be held indefinitely pending investigation.

10. Responsible Gaming

13. Limitation of Liability

• WC777 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, internet connectivity failures on the player's side, or delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• WC777 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to read and understand game rules, bet settlement rules, or bonus terms before engaging with a feature.
• In the event of a documented technical error on WC777's part that results in an incorrect bet settlement or payment, WC777 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust affected account balances accordingly, even if funds have already been credited.
• WC777 accepts no liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind beyond the direct return of the stake amount involved in a verified platform error.

Nothing in these Terms limits WC777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
